What to Wear: Festival Season 2017

Dressing for festival season can be tricky. On one hand you want to look as cool and on-trend as possible (I mean you’re amidst rockstars, right?), and on the other hand, it’s probably ridiculously hot, raining and muddy, or all of the above. Cool or comfortable, what is a girl to choose? I’m of the firm belief that you can achieve both with a little planning. Here to get you started are three festival outfits paired with the perfect accessories to keep you hands-free and ready to dance all night.

Festival Look 1

Channel your festival goddess with lace up sandals and a statement necklace. A trendy kimono is perfect for throwing on over basic black cutoffs and a tank. Sunnies because, duh, and we dare you try a fashion-forward belt bag. It’s perfect for stashing the essentials and you never have to think twice about holding on to a purse.

Festival Look 2

Start with an easy, off the shoulder dress to stay cool in the heat, and throw on a statement-making collar necklace to steal the show. This colorful printed canteen crossbody is also fitting for the desert heat, with a wide, adjustable strap and easy zip access to your essentials.

Festival Look 3

Stay comfortable with a hint of athleisure. A baseball cap and cool sneakers will give you street cred, while an embellished jean skirt and silky feminine top provide the perfect contrast. We’re loving the ability to personalize basic pieces with fun patches right now. A compact leather camera bag with a statement strap makes the perfect hands-free addition to your look!
